I have yet to hit a bug that stopped me from playing guild wars the bugs i hear about are fixed before i see them.

Recently i bought AoE:3
Their idea of tech support

This is mainly a post 'example' about the appreciation of the Anet's efforts, and yes i am grateful.

The REALLY surprising thing is that GW has that kind of support and dedicated staff on an online game that is free to play :surp:

I've never seen any company take care of their game this much, as you said(sort of), they are doing an excellent job.
