Ok there was a thread in the mesmer forums that had listed out ranges of most skills in the game along with a few skills that had not been tested...

Could someone tell me where this information has gone? Also if these tests are still going on I'd love to help out.

Yep. Its in the Important Info section of the site, the one stickied at the top of the forum with a bright green sign and a subnote that says '--Read!!'.

Theres about 8 topics in there, all worthy of note and useful for knowledge.
