All you non-monk characters, when you are looking at 8 skill slots, it seems awful tempting to leave out the rez sig thinking, "that's the monks job!" On the other hand, who wants to be caught as the only surviving member of the group without it? So is it an unwritten rule that everyone dedicate the 8th slot to the rez signet? Your thoughts please.

For me, it all depends on who is in my group and what we are doing. If we are just farming or simply working on one of the easier quests then I won't take it with me. If we are doing a more difficult quest or in a hard mission, then I usually bring it.
I was doing a mission with a friend and he had left his rez out, because he thought that if we needed it we were dead and done already. But if he had brought his rez, he could have rez'd me and I in turn could have rez'd the rest and we could have finished the mission. Ever since then the rez has never been left behind!
If I'm playing with people, always. If I'm playing with henchies, only in missions.
So sometimes.

My monk carries the rez sig and the rez skill. The rez sig is fast, and there's been a couple of times that I needed to bring someone back quickly during a battle.
I almost never bring res sig. But that's because I like to use a monk secondary for a res spell instead.

Depends on the situation. For missions and areas where death = failure, I always bring a res skill. Otherwise, if it's just exploring with henchies, I don't bother. Even if you die, the res shrines will bring you back.
The only time I dont equip is when I am soloing and well what good would it do me if I am dead.... I carry it with me always it is never been a option. For some reason I do seem to be the last person standing. Sometimes it is because I am a ranger and well back from the front lines and/or because I tend to not pay attention to the parties health and just concerntrate on the carrage I am creating. Many of times I have had to use on hench also even when it was just me and them. I advise all the new members of my guild to please, if you get nothing else out of pre please get the rez sig. It really isnt that hard to get and it can even come in handy in pre... I know I did use it a few times when I had just started the game.
Never bring the signet around, I find that its too flawed. You can rarely use it. -.-
No way, res sig means you're planning to fail. I plan to win.
