No more 98 gold?

Following an update several months ago there was sudden prevalence of 98g dropped by mobs. Everywhere you looked after a fight (in the high level areas) there were piles of 98g on the ground. But now I'm seeing 101, 103, 94, etc. Is the 98g era over?

That bug got fixed a while back I think
