Looking for Ele Collector Leggings near Druid's Overlook

I've managed to locate (through in-game exploration and a bit of online research) most of the collector's AL 51 elementalist armour pieces. The collectors are around Druid's Overlook and the nearby areas. I haven't been able to locate the one who sells leggings, however. And that's what I'm most eager to replace.

Can anyone help me?

Good luck on that one, the only collector that gives out those is the collector way south of Ventari's, near the Balthazar-shrine, IIRC
