Is this something new? I thought ˇ50 and ^50 went only up to 15%. But today I saw a guy selling a 17ˇ50 shadow bow. I checked it out, it was for real. Did this mod go above 15% before and if not, does this mean there's 17^50 (or higher)?

I thought that 15^50 was max. I have never seen anything over 15^50 for sale, everyone called a 15^50 weapon perfect, and collectors give out 15^50weapons.

AFAIK 15^50 is still max, the op is referring to 17 below 50%. And yes, they go all the way to 20.

What you may be thinking about is the +X while BELOW 50% health mod. That's a rather uncommon and unwanted mod for most... but it is good for IWAY, who never have high health often anyway ;)

Yes that one was always to max +20% - just like the +20% when hexed always existed.
