55 necro build

I was looking around the forum and i saw a thread about mm 55's and stuff but nothing listing an actual build. First off, what is really the benefit? I know they are good and my friend said her friend had a 55 necro build that could solo UW. Second could someone give me a 55 build that won't cost a ton of money. Currently i have tormenters from droks and 40k in the bank and am n/w which i'm going to change here soon.

A normal build that is good for farming would be nice too.
