well, for this weeks build, I wanted to make a necro/assasin, and I desperatly wanted to try to find out a way of using mark of pain, (good times) well, I decided to make a build that use it, due to the sin high attack, and slowdowns, I thought that it would work in pve, (before enemies disperesed)
now traditionally, I would go ele secondary for mark of pain, for slowdowns, or even now mesmer for that new elite. However, the problem was it was a pain coordinating warrs to attack my target, so I decided to go war sec, and this time, I still thought that wars lacked the slowdown required to make use of this.
At first, the attack "dancing daggers" I thought was the key, but I quickly realized that it was earth damage, so I switched, and unlike the 2 previous, this has not been tested due to a)not having any sin skills, and not wanting to waste valuable skill points b)not having a vaguely good set of dagger. However, this SEEMS like its going to works so here goes

dagger mastery 10
deadly arts 10
1.Crippling daggers*-easy cripple
2.leaping mantis sting*-nother cripple
3.temple strike/moebius strike-since most skill have a relativitly long recharge, moebius strike seems good, but since temple strike is just well, good (Daze AND blinded, the two most devastating condition)
4.death blossom goes-with aoe
5.dark prison-slowdown
6.barbs-since the sin has the highest hit-per-second, it just seems that barbs would add loads of damage
7.mark of pain-main aoe damager, works with slowdowns
8.rez sig
all skill with a asterix can be subsited, crippling dagger and leaping mantis are conditional, you may want to replace with mantis touch, or just subsitue with iron palm, adding in repeating strike for some spmmabilty. Basically, you do not want to focus most of your slowdowns on the target you casted MOP, because for whatever reason, they will not flee, the creatures around them will. basically, if iron palm is used, use it to nab crippled foes, the entire grp sld be crippled, repeating strike sld only be used if you already have to cripples, since on average, you will rarely have mor ethen to possible target that MOP will hit (3 really, just that mop dosnt damage the host). alternativly, you could subsitute dealy arts for shadow to use caltrops, a mass cripple, but you would not hav another slowdown unlike deadly since that the only other one is shadowy burden, with a a mere 25% slowdown and long casting time. this has not been tested, so if some one could test this for me, it would be appreciated![]()

The one thing I really love is you adding barbs into this build it adds a nice kick to it. I have been working on a n/a build for pvp first I went death but I might try what you have here with curses.
If your thinking barbs you might as well go E/A and use Conjure (element).adding barbs into this build it adds a nice kick to it.
You can get upwards of +19 per hit to any target, and it lasts roughly 60% longer if it's applied with 20% long enchantments.
I avoid playing A/N and N/A like the plague, but that isn't to say that you can't make a fun build with it.![]()

I was thinking of a N/A dark aura bomber where you get Port in and touch them to "death" with Dark Prison I think it called to slow them down.
