Is this skill available in factions? I guess since Hundred blades and charge are then this is probably available as well. Does anyone know where we can cap it?

Hundred Blades is a Core skill. Deadly Riposte is a Prophecies skill, so you'll need to go over to Tyria to get it.Originally Posted by Achiles the Mermedon

The skill guy at Lion's Arch has it if you've already unlocked it. Deadly Riposte isn't an Elite by the way, it's a regular prophecies skill.

If it's not unlocked already then I think you need to go to Fishermans Haven.

you can find this skill at fisherman's havens, ember camp or you can cap it on Prince Rurik, or if it's already unlocked, you can get anywhere in prophecie
