The new IWAY Paragon

How about IWAY combined with a Paragon using
"Anthem of Flame" (Leadership) Chant. For 10 seconds, the next attack skill used by each ally within earshot also causes Burning for 1...3 seconds., 5 energy, 1sec cast, 10 sec recharge.

"Blazing Finale" (Leadership) Echo. For 10...30 seconds, whenever a Chant or Shout ends on target ally, all foes adjacent to that ally are set on fire for 1...3 seconds., 5 energy, 1sec cast, 8 sec recharge

"They're on Fire!" (Leadership) Shout. For 20 seconds, allies within earshot take 5...41% less damage from foes suffering from Burning. , 5 energy, 20 sec recharge

With Leadership 15 all these are free skills. Burning ftw

Perhaps the warriors like some more energy? Just sing the
"Aria of Power" (Leadership) Chant. For 10...34 seconds, each ally within earshot gains 2 Energy regeneration until that ally casts a spell., 25 energy, 1sec cast, 45sec recharge

To get your energy back apply
"Glowing Signet" Signet. If target foe is Burning, you gain 5...13 Energy., 0sec cast, 20sec recharge

Or cripple all foes with
"Crippling Anthem" Chant. For 10 seconds, the next attack skill used by each ally within earshot causes Crippling for 5...13 seconds., 8 adrenaline, 1sec cast
Comes in handy as energy gain as well.
