How do you create your own guild??

See a guild registrar in a town (ex. Ascalon - for Prophecies, Shing Jea - for Factions, depending on which game you own. Or in both spots if you have both chapters.) Note: registrar is only available in your home district (American, Europe, etc.) and will not show up in International districts.
