Can you take sin/rit ast 2nd profs with a char starting in prophecies?

Have both factions and prophecies, and would like to go through prophecies first, but not if that means I could never take 'sin or rit as 2nd prof. Is this possible or do you have to create a factions char to use them as your 2nd prof?

Uh, my Prophecies char can take Assassin or Ritualist as a secondary anytime she wants to. All you have to do is get your Prophecy char to Lion's Arch, take it over to Kaineng Center and eventually get through Nahpui Quarter. Then for a cost of 500 gold per profession, you can switch to whatever secondary you want to. (One time fee of 500 per prof.)

As Kahlan stated: You cannot change to Assassin or Ritualist in the Prophecies storyline, but you are eventually able to switch to these once you travel with your character over to Cantha.

Goto the PvP Island and change them there, very fast and easy.

If you start in Prophecies you don't want to take a sin or Rit secondary until you have finished all the skill giving quests. Since you can't get the ch2 skills from the ch1 quest rewards you are just shortchanging yourself by using a secondary from ch2 while you do these quests.

This is the reason I made my E/Ri that I made in Cantha into a E/Me to run through Prophecies. It might have been fun but all the skills I get for free make it all worth while.
