    Exclamation Arena testing new function?

    Yesterday I played in Aspenwood Eng1 and noticed something interesting. We started with full team and one person left before the game started. Almost instantly after that another player was added into our team.

    I never seen this functionality in GW so far. Can someone confirm if you had the same expirience? Official comment from arena would also be appreciated if they were testing this new functionality during event.

    The gray bar for a leaver is the same as a non-loader. Are you sure? Proof?

    I don't have the pics as I was not expecting this to happen. Only thing I noticed is we started full, one left and we got replacement.

    As much as I hope you're right, I also have to be slightly skeptical, at least until more information comes to light.

    Agreed...

    I think A-net would do this testing:
    * in house
    * get it 100% right
    * release it proudly

    Are you quite sure that it wasn't the same person, and they just took a long time to load?

    or perhaps the person that left was actually from the opposing team.

    Saying PVE is a no brains mode of gameplay doesn't hold water. There are parts here and there where you have to be tactically alert.
    To a point where its more "thinking" than copying metagame builds.

    As much as I'd love to agree with you, it's unlikely for the reasons stated above :(
