Will Nightfall be available in GW store at launch?

I really don't want to pay for 1-day shipping but I don't have a car where I live now. If the game is available on the guild wars store when the game goes live, I'd prefer to get it there.

And will there be an online version of the collector's edition? While I know that some of the items are materials, I personally only care about the video (which could be downloaded) and the in-game stuff (if that is provided.) I'd still pay full price for it!
