I am 28 from England. Playing at eu prime times so i cant see most of u online. I have 5 20 lvls and nearly playing everyday.^^ aka addicted..

Hiya everyone. My ign name is Fan Tasy and I usually play either rit or ranger. Both Fan Tasy (rit) and Fan Fair (ranger) have beaten factions and are now working their way through phrophs. My main loves are exploring and helping ppl do things. I'm easy to spot as most of my names begin with Fan, apart from my monk, so just call me Fan in game.
In rl I'm a 27 yr old woman from London uk. I'm a night worker so when I'm on it's usually late afternoon gmt and if I'm on a night off I play all night so I'll be on the same time as the us ppl I hope.
I can't wait to get to know all my new guildies so get talking to me please.

Hey guys,

I just joined a few days ago. My main (and only, I'm one of those weird people that never plays alts in any game) is Lord Karuna, a Ritualist/Mesmer. I'm 26 years old and working as a substance abuse counselor in a college town (Boone) in the NC Appalachian mountain range. I grew up in Brooklyn, NY and lived there till I was 18. Some of my hobbies are reading, weight-lifting, meditation, and playing guitar. Feel free to send me a tell if you need a Ritualist (I usually run full restoration since that's what's most needed, so I'll gladly heal for you in either PvE or PvP).

There is absolutely nothing hotter than a woman with a British accent. In my old guild there was a running joke where a lady from England would say something in guildchat and everyone would immediately say stuff like "Tusc (her in-game name), please use Ventrilo if you need to communicate something" or "Tusc, I'm sorry, my graphics are bugged, could you repeat in Teamspeak?"

That woman's accent would melt a glacier.

Well, I'm not exactly new to the guild, but most people probably don't know who I am, so whatever...

I joined a little before the growth explosion. I'm a casual player, mainly playing when I can find time on the weekend. I have two main characters (both twenty), Thariv Adiv (Tyrian ranger) and Alec Lightgiver (Canthan monk), and a variety of lower levels that might one day become main characters.

Besides Guild Wars, other hobbies of mine are other video games (especially strategy, RPG, and FPS), music (go Billy Joel!), and "petty" programming (mostly many, many unfinished projects and things in my head that I'll one day get around too (if you believe that)).

If you need help, feel free to ask me. Unless I'm otherwise occupied, I'll gladly help you.

An official HELLO!! to ALL BaR Guild Members!

Let me start by saying that up till now I have been a fly on the wall on GWO for 7 months but joining this guild has brought me out of my shell. This is due to the wonderful vibe I get from Quintus Antonius and fellow BaR member's posts! You all are full of such a positive and friendly outlook on life, GWO, and Guild Wars as a whole. I believe the Blade and Rose Guild represents the BEST of what the Guild Wars experience is all about and I am honored to be a part of it.

I was moved to share with you all my own life by reading all of the candid insights into your lives. In Guild Wars it's so easy to hide behind the mask of your character (and this is part of the fantasy appeal to the game) BUT it takes REAL courage to take off your mask and reveal your true identities and for this I commend you all.

My real name is Kirk and I'm 37 and live in the San Francisco bay area. I am married with 2 wonderful children, one of whom plays Guild Wars with me. I am an electronics technician by day and a Moonthorn for several hours just about every night...my wife is very understanding. I love PVE and have finished Factions with all 8 of my characters...one of each profession. So if anyone in the Guild needs help in Factions I am more than happy to help. I have run several characters through Prophecies and the rest are at various stages. I just bought Nightfall collectors 20 minutes ago on my lunch break and I can't wait to install it tonight. I am so looking forward to going through the Nightfall chapter with all of you!! Thank you all again for allowing me to join and I will do my best to uphold the incredibly honorable standard that the BaR Guild has set! C U all in game!!
