There is no resemblance to Gwen here, that is Warmarshal Varesh Ossa a direct decendent of Turai Ossa aka the ghostly hero.

I love Gwen lore as much as anyone, but the resemblance in non-existant. As posted elsewhere, that's Varresh Orr, who we all saw on the preview weekend.
