Where do you get more Heroes?

I only have the four originals (2 Mo, 1W, 1D) and have just completed the quest to get General rank. Where do i get assassin and necro etc?

Well, for starters you can get Olias from whatshisface Figo at the docks in Lions Arch...

Also, where do you get Elite Kournan armour from to make armour for your heroes, do they drop it?
