I keep seeing references to this skill, Wiki page doesn't show where to get it, only that a mob later on uses it. How far down the story line does it pop up? I'm upto the bazaar and its still not there.

I went and capped it along with Wounding Strike from the Dervish boss in the Vehjin Mines. 'Twas a good idea, I love using that skill.

I suggest unlocking it by Faction ASAP. I honestly do not understand why this IMO necessary skill (it goes very well with the health tank philosophy) for a Dervish is not available earlier.
