Just bought Nightfall a couple days ago, came home to install it only to find out my access key is in use. Awesome. E-mailed NCSoft through their special thing, was told I would receive a response within 24 hours. Haven't yet. Normally I wouldn't be too picky about this and a little more patient, but I'm afraid the store might not accept an exchange past a certain point, plus I don't want to hassle with customer service.
Assuming they actually believe me, or better yet, read my e-mail, will they issue me a new key?
