    code=103, can I expect a response from NCSoft?

    Just bought Nightfall a couple days ago, came home to install it only to find out my access key is in use. Awesome. E-mailed NCSoft through their special thing, was told I would receive a response within 24 hours. Haven't yet. Normally I wouldn't be too picky about this and a little more patient, but I'm afraid the store might not accept an exchange past a certain point, plus I don't want to hassle with customer service.

    Assuming they actually believe me, or better yet, read my e-mail, will they issue me a new key?

    Haven't got a clue... did you email they a picture of the access key?

    I updated my e-mail about an hour after I sent it with a picture of the access key card, the receipt from the store, and a picture of the game box open with eveyrthing laying out on my bed

    Well, if you really do have the original and you entered it correctly(did you check it twice?) then someone stole that account straight out of the packaging department (or guessed excellently at the code). Either way, wait for a response, cause if you take it back to the store now and then they respond with a new access key or a changed password/email address for that key then you will have stolen an account and may have this problem again.

    So just wait for it.

    I've checked it about 6 or 7 times. It's definitely already in use.
    No e-mail today
    If they don't e-mail back by tomorrow I'm exchanging the game as a last resort.
