There's one thing that's driven me batty for a while, and that's the inability of the party leader to reorder the party without kicking, adding, rekicking, readding, and then finding a replacement for the person who invariably got lost or decided not to do the drop/add dance any more.
It should be fairly simple to implement an up/down button or simply click, hold, and drag for the party leader to use for party organization.
good idea, i personally don't care what order the party list is in, but i have been in PUGs where people insisted on putting the monks at the bottom and ragequit when the leader ignored them. this should satisfy them.
/signed, but with the caveat that it would only be the party leader that could do it, and only in outposts.
It would also be nice to have the option of passing party leadership to someone else once you have your group assembled: I like to be the one forming the group in the outpost so that I have some control over who I am partied with, but when I am monking or if it's a mission I am unfamiliar with then I don't really want to be the one at the front leading the group once the mission starts. (Yes, I am aware that you can lead from behind... but only when your PUG lets you.) Being able to put the player that everyone will follow at the top of the party list for ease of click-space following, instead of having them somewhere in the middle, would be a very handy thing.

More than just the party leader could do it... not everyone has to see the window the same way.
