    a better LFG system

What if there was an NPC that you could talk to in outposts and "sign up" to be in a "party" for nearby quests and missions.

It would be kind of like a "board" with all the parties that are forming in that outpost.

You could start a party for a quest or mission and wait for it to fill up with other players that sign up for your party: or you could sign up for an existing party.

the parties would be categorized by what quest/mission they are attempting and you would be able to see the names and classes of the characters in each party.

I suppose there could also be a "farm" category and "masters" category as well.

This would streamline party forming in outpost. All you have to do is go into an outpost and sign up for the mission/quest you want to do and wait for the party to fill up -no more spamming all chat with "LFG" or "is anyone doing this quest?" Either join an existing party on the "board" or form a new one.

I like this one - especially handy for quests / missions where there's not many people around -> Fire Island missions / bonuses / Titan quests etc

/signed, But I still think people will shout "LFP For XXX's quest, look for XXX in the LFG Menu"

This is the best suggestion I've seen so far.

~ I officially quit Guild Wars and will not buy any Anet product in the future starting today, June 19, 2007. I've given all my items and cash to Erasculio and I'm sure he'll be rich with some of them. ~

Another play had this similar idea:

I really think they should make this a priority as the "landscape" of guild wars becomes larger.

What I would add is that there must be some way to view a player's history.

If you have just put up a team with yourself as leader for a "Masters" reward, it would be good if you could see that a player signing up for that has signed up for "Masters" 19 times and left early 17 times.

I'm basically trying to think of a way to identify the players that join a group for a mission reward only for a skill cap, etc. Some way to weed them out so they don't clutter the groups looking for different rewards.

Although, I suppose you will have a "LFG Skill Cap" party as well and they're more likely to join that one then so maybe it will all balance out.

Would you envision this being a global interface so you can search / see across all continents / outposts / etc.? (Not restricted to the one you're in, but searcheable with criteria)

You have problems? We have fixes!

I remembered Gaile saying in one of her pre Nightfall chat that NF will include a better party formation system.

Hope this will come with Razzah and Elite Zone
