Do you laugh when other people laugh?

babies are cool as long as they aren't in a mall. when i am king, i figure i will ban kids under 18 from grocery stores.

And public transportation, and libraries, as well as other assorted state establishments, right?

Nothing wrong with indifference. I can't say that babies did anything for me either, until I had some of my own. Even then, though, I'm sure I'd still have grinned at that video.

Actual hatred of babies, though, as a couple of posters remarked? What's that about? I can't think of a being more helpless and less deserving of hatred than a baby, so I'm assuming they were just trying to sound tough and cool in some bizarre way.

I think they're confusing "hatred" and "irritation". Hyperbole, basically.

Personally, I don't like being around babies because they embody everything that freaks me out. I don't "hate" them, though.

while those are also good idea's, i wouldn't want to over react right away. a 2 year trial run of grocery stores would let the government know how effective the kid ban would be :)

i was shocked because i figured this was going to be the video about the japanese guys getting beaten every time they laughed.

So did I. This video is terrible. I've shown that other video to a few people though, telling them to try not to laugh while watching it, and I've yet to see anyone who can manage it.

I don't see what is funny in this video...
I mean it's people laughing at someone who can't speak English (or at least pretends not to be able) and getting beaten for that... To me, both things seem sad rather than funny.
