Armor Crafter in Explorable Area (Kryta)

First off i wanna say i've never noticed this guy if hes actually been here awhile then i must have missed him the past

but if not then is there more armor for other classes here?
as you can tell im w/mo but the guy had no armor what so ever for me

was this guy accedently placed here or is there something new coming our way? or like i said been here awhile and just never removed.

maybe he's always been there i been playing awhile now but i personaly cant recall ever seeing him though its been over a year since i been down that side

also what happened to all the collectors in and around fisherman haven they have no goodies anymore..... lol not like i really needed there low lvl stuff but just curious

He's definately been there for a while, as long as I can remember anyways.
Can't remember what classes he has armour for though.
And I don't think it's max armour, but it is close to it (I think it is 57 out of 60 for casters anyways, that seems to ring a bell).
(Either my monk or my necro (or both, it's been a while) could get armour there (or maybe my Ele, like I said, it's been a while). )

He's been there for ages. Have a very old screenshot somewhere of him.
If I remember right he sells the 1k armor.

He certainly sells necro armour (I got one set from him long ago); don't know about other classes.

He offers caster armor only, or so I seem to recall.

I remember thinking I'd be able to get my ranger a suit of armor there and have an easier time at the Sanctum Cay mission.

Sadly, I couldn't.

...Or, maybe that's a good thing.

He's been there for a long, long time. Before Factions was released. He only offers caster armor, and the armor level is comparable to the armor level you get in Amnoon Oasis. For spellcasters, it's a nice holdover armor until you're able to get to Droknar's for 1.5k armor.
