Thats a little too broad for my taste though, and people suggest that it'd help to have one in game cause its hard for them to get groups. Everyone knows that they have their own personal preferences, and that other people do too. So we'll go along with that.

Any more specific criteria for groups: Voice communication is a must... i got Vent/Ts and a working mic. No mystic wrath spike... i profoundly dislike that one.
Classes you can play effectively: All but monk, and have few unlocks on the new NF ones.

What notable guilds have I been in: Penguin Mafia (I dont know how notable they are).
Types of groups im interested in I like builds that break the norm a little bit. Balanced are fun, but sadly right now i am stuck with searing flames because of low rank.
Specific criteria I think voice communication is important to do well, and i hate it when people leave just because you dont get it right on the first try.
Classes I play effectively I can play all casters except monks, warriors and rangers are ok too. I dont have alot of experience with paragon/dervish or assassin.
My preffered classes in order Mesmer, warrior, necro, ranger, elementalist, factions chars, monk, nightfall chars
