Just went to RA and found out that Rajah/Razah is available from Priest of Balthazar for 50k Faction
lol :P He looks awesome and yehp, definately a Rt hero :)

Isn't that just a PvP unlock though? Or can you unlock him with a PvE character?

You need quite a number of PvP ranks to be able to unlock him with Factions...
