    Way of the Joker: sounds like a fun skill to use when ur blinded nice skill with a gd attack strength and a downside, always gd to keep like that for balance :)

    Hidden daggers: sounds fun for those ranged assassins :)

    Assassin's plan: what a long skill I have a simpler and probs more effective version

    Assassins Plan: Elite skill: For 30 seconds, your next 2..5 attacks interrupt the current foes action and cause daze for 5..10 secs.

    (that way none spell skills are interupted but those pesky spell casters spell take longer to cast since dazed, thus stopping those meddling mesmers)

    The each time you miss clause is not a balancing factor, any warrior that gets blinded would simply stop attacking until the blind was removed. And if you say that the warrior not hitting an extra 10% of the time (90% for blind, so not attacking is 10% more) is a good way to stop uber kill with dw then you are on something.

    ----note that blocking and missing are separate mechanics----

    What I find most funny is that those are all really broken aside from the Monk clause, which is terrible. No one uses healing aside from like, one WoH. And that's only 3/4s, with the other skills all being prot.

    10/10 vs ritualists, kind of pointless against most others
