exploit a nearby corpse to create a well of destruction at YOUR location.
whenever a creature dies in this well, all foes in the well take 20-30 damage and suffer from poison for 3-6 seconds.
when this skill failles to be cast, you gain 5 energy.
soul twist (soul reaping)
elite skill, 10-2-30
for 10-20 seconds you gain double the energy from soul reaping, this skill ends if you are knocked down.
damage transfer (curses)
elite hex spell, 10-1/4-5
the next time that target foe takes damage, all foes adjacent to that foe take the same damage (max 40-80), and suffer from poison for 3-5 seconds.

Getting the idea Anet? restore FoC to the way it used to be, and ruin SF.

All adjacent foes are knocked down, attacking foes are knocked down and set on fire for 1..5 seconds. Foes on fire are teleported to random locations within ear shot and for each foe teleported this way you lose 10..5 energy.
If only I had this everytime I faced a warrior in RAThis would definately(sp.) be the skill I would create if I could create one.

Elite Hex. For 4..16 seconds, target foe cannot be affected by more than one Shout, Chant, or Echo. For every Shout, Chant, or Echo that has no effect, effect, that foe loses 1..3 energy or Selective Hearing ends.
Edit: decreased recast time and added the energy penalty.
