I, too, think that it should be Elite. Denying a foe to be the target for enchantment is a poweful effect, and the only other skill that does that is Shadow Shroud, an Assassin Elite skill that lasts 8 seconds and recharges in 20 seconds. Even if your skill has more drawbacks than the other one, its effect is still the same, with a longer duration and a much shorter recharge. I think it counter-balances the drawbacks, making it as strong as Shadow Shroud... and not Elite.

you lose all health. for 5..30..34 seconds, you get resurrected as a lvl 5..24..29 death golem, while under the effect of this skill you have 30 health degeneration and 4 energy degeneration. but every attack does +5 damage for each point you have in death magic, you attack twice as slow.
