30's not old. It's a bit of a shift in perspective, that's all. And in lifestyle habits 'cause some things just hurt like they didn't used to.
Having said that, make sure to cause yourself some pain over the next 24 hours (make sure you give all of us guildies in different time-zones a chance to celebrate)!
