The most awesome shield I have ever seen...

It just fills me with awe to have a shield that is so powerful, it hides half my character. What's more, it even had a nice "under construction" icon, until I went outside an outpost and it became a normal icon. The bug is still there though



To be honest, a blinding-white energy shield should surely have more armor than that...

EDIT: The model has now returned to normal. Alas... my dreams of a blinding energy shield are blown to bits.

I've seen this before. I gave a NF shield to a prophecies-only player who hadn't played in several months, resulting in a white cube and under construction icon. On entering an explorable area they automatically downloaded the texture and icon and no longer have the problem. Nothing special going on here...
