    Mindwipe (E) 15/3/12
    For 2-6 seconds, all of target foe's skills are disabled, and all of your skills are disabled for 5 seconds. (Domination - Spell)

    Exorcism (E) 15/2/30
    Target foe takes 15-63 damage. If that foe is a spirit, it is destroyed and all copies of it is disabled for 60 sec. (Domination - Spell)

    Astral Form (E) 10/1/5
    For 5-10 seconds, you move 33% faster and are immune to physical and elemental damage. When Astral Form ends, you become Dazed for 10 seconds. (Illusion - Enchantment Spell)

    Mental Hold 10/2/30
    For 1-10 seconds both you and target foe move 90% slower, and you suffer -8 energy degeneration. Mental Hold ends when you energy drops to zero. (Domination - Hex Spell)

    Mantra of Discipline 15/-/15
    For 30 seconds, any domination magic hex you cast lasts 20%-84% longer. (Inspiration - Stance)

    Arcane Mastery (E) 10/1/15
    For 30 seconds, your spells cost -5-41% of the base energy to cast. (Fast Cast - Enchantment)

    Beast of Burden (E) 15/1/30
    For 8-18 seconds, target foe moves 50% slower than normal. If target foe is holding an item, that foe is knocked down. (Illusion - Hex Spell)

    Creates a level 1-14 duplicate of target party member. You can only have one Doppledanger at a time. (Illusion - Spell)

    5/1/5 (Elite Enchantment Spell)
    For 1...4 seconds, all hostile Spells that target you have a 90% chance of failing and all attacks against you have a 90% chance to miss. When Ex Nihilo ends, you become Dazed for 5 seconds.
    (50% failure chance with Illusion Magic 7 or less.)

    10/1/20 (Elite Enchantment Spell)
    For 5...20, spells cast produce two copies of that spell.

    I like all ideas, fairly balanced and useful, arcane mastery is awesome and its exactly what mesmer needs. Beast of burden is highly situational and i dont necessarily think we need more ritu hate, but, why not :P

    I think pve side, illusion aoe hex working like images of remorse but with only -1 degen maybe would be nice.

    Or any summon creature/doppelanger/phantom/pinkish cloud/anything

    I like the ideas, Arcane Mastery is exactly the spell FC needs to get
    more usefull and worth investing points in
