After joining a new guild (well, the boss guild of the alliance my now-defunct one was in), I'd mentioned the new duration meters on the condition bar or whatever it's called (it's usually in the top-left). An officer then said that he'd wished they were bigger so that they'd be visible on higher resolutions as right now, they're only - what - 2, maybe 3 pixels high? You'd probably have to squint to see them on a 1200 pixel high display.
So how about giving us the option of adjusting the meters' sizes to make them more visible for those with... crazy-sized screens?
And yes, I'm fully aware that the condition bar can be resized, but I'm on about the meters, not the condition icons.![]()

Never really tried, but sure. For the rest GW runs great on older systms so I think it's a bit of a shame if this is one of the few things to hold it back.

i'd have to agree, i can't see the timer at 1XXX x 1XXX res
/signed
Personally, I would of implemented the timers in the same way as skill recharge. The icon counts down the remaining time with darker section going clockwise.
A teeny little bar only about 1 pixel thick is a bit tiny.
I run at max resolution and I can see those bars fine. Though I do think allowing a choice between the bar and the dial effect would be very beneficial.
i think it should show some sort of a timer if you hover your mouse over the effects
Argh, never mind, I misinterpeted your first post >.< Anyway, yeah it's still /signed, it's seems a simple yet nice enough suggestion.Originally Posted by The Pointless
