Question about Profile Picture!

When I try and click on *Edit Profile Picture* this messege pops up:

hksdivision, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. Some sections of these forums use scripts which may be interfered with by banner blocking tools or internet security programs.
3. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.


I'm not sure why it says that because I rarely used this site before and I've only posted a few times. Can someone help me out here? Thanks!

It's an extra for Silver and higher PALs, the option is just visible for some reason even to people that don't have access to it.

If you click on the PayPal logo on the left hand side of this page (It's not going to cost you anything more that a few minutes to look at it), you'll find a list of options for the PAL system here, which basically means Donations = Forum perks (like siggies) = You're helping the site.
