just a couple of noob questions

1. weapons with mods saying "Lengthens Poison duration on foes by 33% (Stacking)", does it mean stacking with a poison skill or will it stack on other conditions you apply?

2. is charr salvage kits only in pre-searing? are they like post-searing expert salvages?

1. It applies only to 'poison' skills.
For other conditions there are other mods (Silencing, Crippling etc)

2. Charr salvage kits are only in pre-searing.
In post-searing there are Expert and Superior salvage kits that are able to salvage runes and rare materials.
