    You are correct sir!

It does need a buff, it can't be stacked with an IAS since it's a stance and you can't use any skills while it's up. I tried this on a warrior with a scythe and it was still pretty bad.

I think something like this would be nice ( even though I'm not much of a warrior )

For 10 seconds, all of your attacks have an additional 10...46% chance of being critical hits and have 20% armor penetration. When Primal Rage ends you lose all adrenaline.
    5 Energy / 20 Recharge

You can still use adrenaline/attack skills in that short amount of time.
Kind of like an elite Burst of Aggression w/o the IAS. Axe skills like Critical Chop would take full advantage of this.

They wont buff it. No reason for Anet to buff old skills. They want people to buy the new games with better skills. Its all about the cash.....

Try explaining that to some other people around here. Especially with them throwing around terms like irresponsible and balance every other sentence. The simple concept of money still eludes them.

    Ahem, try doing:

    + + + = 10+ secs of godliness

Then tell me it needs a buff. Thank you drive thru.

It's such a shame Strength is so useless. /sarcasm

    Lesse.
    +20% AP with Rage
    +15% AP from 15 Strength
    ------------------------------
    +35% AP total
+20% AP (possible from Sundering mod)
    ------------------------------
+55% AP total possible AP on an attack

So with 15 Str, possibility wise we have:
A possible 55% AP per attack
A 55% chance to critical on an attack
    A 25% increased attack speed
    A +7 Health Regeneration

Oh wait.. what if we add in the +crit% of your weapon skill?

I don't think it needs a buff. I think your ability to create a quality skill bar needs an upgrade dude.
