Oh yeah, I was somehow under the impression that DD would get the +9 or +13 damage bonus. What an embarrassment, I don't even know my own skill xD
But yeah, the idea of Throw Mastery was to give the Assassin the alternative of being a middle-range attacker too, using the Deadly Arts spells like Crippling and Disrupting Dagger as support, Dancing Daggers as a spike and basic auto-attack spam to recover energy and pressure damage using an IAS, plus the dagger's inherent speed and the +damage bonus.
