Translation: Relax, we are including lots of explosions and CGI. And we got one guy who used to work on something TMNT related to verify that the turtles are wearing the correct colour bandanas."Fans need to take a breath and chill," Bay said in a statement posted on his site Monday night. "They have not read the script. Our team is working closely with one of the original creators of 'Ninja Turtles' to help expand and give a more complex back story. Relax, we are including everything that made you become fans in the first place. We are just building a richer world."
The correct colour bandannas would be all read imo.... But like every movie of his, if you can look past huge flaws, it will be alright. I wonder what supermodel will play April...

Tintin in Congo was soooo racist. But hey, I think it was back when we thought racist jokes were funny. I don't think it was meant to be harmful at all.

Racist like Looney Tunes showing black people with bright pink lips? Or racist as in saying bad things about other ethnicities? My exposure to Tintin is limited to two cartoons and the recent movie.
G.I. Joe - Rise of Cobra
An elite military unit comprised of special operatives known as G.I. Joe, operating out of The Pit, takes on an evil organization led by a notorious arms dealer.
When you have an "over the top" action movie like this, you have to go "wow!" when it come to the action, not "lol!" like in this one. Many of the action scenes where just silly and the dialogues below average, not to mention plot holes and cardboard characters (which, as I have read today do not make it into the sequel movie - so why bother with them) This is what I still remember after a few days: The push up bra Sienna Miller wears as The Baroness should be worth half the budget of the movie; the red head was pretty; Ray Park is not allowed to speak...again; G.I. power suits protect you against everything, but a French policeman with a stick and finally - ice will sink in water !
5/10

Watched TinTin: Secret of the Unicorn and found it a blast. There was perhaps a few too many "Hey look, we can do camera angles impossible with live action!" moments for my liking, but for the most part the gags, both subtle and otherwise, made up for it.
There's no shame in asking questions. Ask away at the Newcomer and Questions Forum for GW2. GW1 archive here.

Saw the Hunger Games this weekend. (Because I'm secretly a 13 year old girl and I read the book.)
It actually wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Certainly better than some other movies targeted at teenage girls. *coughtwilightcough*.
I will say that I don't care for the 'shaky cam' nonsense.
