I have GW:Factions and i just bought Nightfall through the official Online store. Im just curious, how did i get the full game on my computer if i didnt even download anything? Thats pretty cool

You already have downloaded it before :)
When you start playing iin the Nightfall areas, it will download those areas as you go.
OR if you can afford downloading EVERYTHING at once(cca 3.5gb), use -image in the target field of the Guild Wars shortcut on your desktop.

All game clients are the same -- they all download the new content, no matter which chapter you have. So really, the key you add to the client just unlocks the content you already have.
If this wasn't the case, then if you had only Prophecies and someone came along with armor from Factions or Nightfall or Eye of the North, your game client wouldn't be able to display it properly. Same with skills -- you may not be able to use them, but the game needs to know what they do in case you play with other people using them.
So if you've run the game any time recently, you have all three chapters and the Eye of the North expansion already.

For the reasons nkuvu already mentioned, when you download one chapter you download them all.
Guild Wars does not work like the typical Disk-in-Box games you buy at the local store (such as Age of Empires, Myst, etc.). You are actually buying the access key (which is permission to play/access the game), not a copy of the software.

Just wanted to tell you, the -image switch will not run GW client, only download new content, so you will want a new shortcut for this.

Or remove -image from the shortcut once you are done downloading. Still, as you travel, your download times are every time shorter and shorter.
