Krytan Armour

Ok, i need new armour for my Elementalist, and i think iam going to get the Krytan armour, since i love the skin. (same as collector skin)

Question:

1. i can get the armour from

Bukdek Byway
Oroku
5k
25 Dust
4 Vails
175 Cloth
28 silk

Will i be able to add Runes and Insignias to this armour? it is not COLLECTORS i craft it for money and materials.

Thanks, i know it seems silly, but i just wanted to check, since you cant add insignias to Collectors
