PvP doesn't need a training area, it just needs a game balancer who has a smidgeon of a clue what he's doing.

I do.
I always try take guys with Kurzick title (7). They have the most hilarious builds.
But anyways, for serious! I try make "serious" teams in AB. Which means that people must not have retarded builds.
A few weeks ago my mesmer got booted from an AB pug because I didn't have a title. I do have a title (in fact, I have two titles because I have two accounts and I AB on both), but I never show titles. Party leader didn't even bother to ask before kicking me. It's no big deal (lol AB pugs r bad), but clearly people do take AB seriously enough to care.
When I AB with guildies, we form balanced groups, but when I pug it up, I've been in the weirdest mish-mashes of set-ups. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't.

We usually search for retards and advertise it properly.
We usually get retards if we're not a full team and still roll people.
AB is teh srs shizzle.
