My friend played normally, not even capping skills outside what he needed for extra xp or skipping difficult missions.
I hope that I know EotN enough to stick to only the easier missions =D
EDIT...
After doing a bit of EotN, I decided that either (1) I forgot how to play, (2) bring pets on un-runed heroes is a bad idea, and/or (3) EotN is more difficult than other areas.
So I decided to avoid EotN until I wisen up, because I got tired of running away from my wiping team. Not to mention the obvious risks to my 825k XP Survivor.
She's reached unwaking waters in Factions, but won't more beyond that. She's reached the Bone Palace in Nightfall, but won't move beyond that. She only went to LA in Prophecies, but there's no point playing there cuz it's slow XP anyway. So it's quests and caps time!

Update!
Survivor (3) reached, and killed (see other thread).
I did a few more chests. I have 2.3k left until I finish unlucky! So that's about 1 hour of chest-running only.
I've been doing a lot of Kurzick casual PvP lately... Wondering if in the long run, this could be maxable... I'm enjoying it, which is a nice side-effect. Between FA, JQ, and AB, I can always find something fun to do. And I currently have 1 monk, 1 rit, and 1 pvp char I can use there (not really motivated to play other professions in pvp).
The funds gathered via selling zkeys will go towards (in order):
1) Wisdom
2) Completing the Rit armors I started
3) HoM weapons
4) Maybe some fun stuff, like an everlasting tonic, and a spider egg
5) Other titles, e.g. sweets, party, drunk (or not)

Update!
1) Rit armors completed.
2) HoM weapons - I almost have enough resources...
3) Kurz/Lux is progressing slowly. About 28% done.
4) Been concentrating on advancing my chars through the storyline, especially monk & rit. They now have most of the non-proph games unlocked, and ready to start thinking about elite areas...

It's a combination of slowly grinding one task at a time, and generally getting XTH to pay for everything. But XTH has been cheap lately...
Still, whatever I've been getting in Balth doing Zcombats in casual PvP, I've been selling as zkeys. It's not a bad source of income.

Gonna start working on titles for the mesmer. Currently finished sunspear, elona protector/guardian, and cantha protector. So I'm open for lots of stuff.
I might attempt to vanquish from Temple of Ages and all 17 areas to asacalon this weekend. Hopefully I can do it in less than 17 hours with myself and h/h with team of 8.

On my way uplifting the Atlantis I Need You...Achieved Legendary Survivor some time ago...8/25 Tyria Protector/Guardian, I'm doing it in NM/HM pack, every day a mission (if I have the time)...Rank 5 in all EOTN titles, done the NM MQ one time...Somebody told me doing it the NM MQ 7 times to reach rank 8...is that really way to go?
Anyway, lots of Tyria monsters are going to suffer these days...I like to do things in chronological order...So, I'm playing my favourite character from the very beginning....except that I did lots of EOTN while achieving LS and for some PVE skills...

I haven't touched my survivor since I got her to 'survivor'
My ele still has no titles maxed, but they are coming along slowly. I was going to do some book farming, but I gave up when I hit the mission after Ft. Ranik. The gold would have been nice. I guess I could continue taking her through factions though. She was flying through Nightfall, until I hit the mission where you have to talk to the three princes and then skree attack the area (with all the festival games).
That's really about it. Haven't done much else. If only I could put Dissidia Final Fantasy down, ROFL!

Oh yea. One after another. Because I remember it really sucking when I did it with only 4 and don't wanna have a 30min standoff with 4 grawl ulydytes again.
