I voted ZB in your poll (full prot bar with ZB > full healer bar with HB, IMHO), but it lacks choices indeed.

As far as kicking *** as a monk goes, Shield of Judgement should be in your Skills.

Shield of Judgment is pointless outside of specific farming builds.

Anyhow, of the choices, my vote goes for a prot bar running ZB.

Altho I kinda prefer SoD as "god" mode in PvE tho..
