Massive strike in Belgium in two days. 70% of the country is against it, there's only one person asking people to strike, really. There will be no trains, buses or trams, it will probably cost the economy millions. The main leader of the strikers just complained that the government is destroying our country. He doesn't know he's the **** doing it all...

This is a random rage/joy thread, right?

We fixed that about 60 days ago. Syndicates have been hating on it ever since, because people will have to live longer, but they don't realise that they're the only ones who aren't trying to fix it, but making it worse... It's kind of an odd government, to say the least, but hey, it's better than none... Too be honest, most people I know don't really care about it. Me neither, I'm going to vote for the pirate party next time, because all the other parties do is **** stuff up .

So the father of one of my friends dropped dead tonight while he was playing music. He was a friend of the family, and they were at a party for another mutual friend's 60th birthday. I was planning on going, but I still have the remnants of a cold, so I decided to stay home with Raye and play more AC2.

I'm glad I didn't go so I didn't have to be there firsthand for that, but still. ****ty deal.

Death is always an injustice, especially to those left behind, but it sounds like the chap died while doing something he loved in the company of good friends.

I grew up watching Disney movies like Fantasia and other shows like Power Rangers, and now someone told me that they're crap. Really? How can you dislike Fantasia, which is just a piece of art? It proves that you don't need words to tell a story, music and moving images do the job just fine. It's a piece of art, as I said.

How can you not like Fantasia? :o

I have to admit, it wasn't exactly to my tastes when I first saw it back when I was little, and I too considered it to be pretty sucky back then. These days, though, I've been trying to get hold of DVDs and BDs of films I originally passed off as "crap", both Fantasia and its sequel included.
