I came here last night and google was all like "you don wanna come to this site", and I was all like "but, yes I do", and google was "no, I am in charge of the internets and where you can and cannot go".

I think the forums are just going through a transition/cleanup phase. To help stop the malware warnings google keeps throwing at us from time to time.
I don't blame google or this site, but hopefully someday they can be friends.
