I just discovered FFXIII sucks. It was fun for awhile. But now, it appears the developers decided they couldn't let that happen. Literally, every single fight at this point in the game is an exercise in pure frustration. I just had to fight this boss that if you stagger him, he'll kill you all in seconds, so you need to just slowly whittle at his two million health. Then, immediately following, is a stupid friggin turtle thing that does 1k damage to your entire party every five seconds by WALKING in place. It also has a million health. It also takes forever to stagger, especially since you need two medics to spam heals to keep up with the damage, so you have ONE person whittling at his health, and that one person can never reach the stagger alone.
I died to this turtle about 10 times and you know what? Forget it. I quit.
Fighter: Why are these people sleeping?
Black Mage: Er uh. Because they are tired?
Fighter: Why are these people on fire?
Black Mage: Ah.. Um. They were cold?

Well sure if I wanted to grind crystarium it would be. But getting my entire party three-shotted to an attack that can't be dodged, and lowering the damage with debrave or whatever, and buffing with protect, barely has any effect? There's literally no way to win the fight without waiting a couple hours or, again, grinding crystarium to get some more health and damage, but forget that.Originally Posted by Natus
