I wonder if you can pick each others' pockets in the TES mmo. I wonder if you can sneak so well other players actually can't see you, and stab them for 15x damage. I wonder if I can beef up my speech so well I can talk another player into anything I want.

I think it's safe to say that Sneak won't even be a thing, which is incidentally the best part of TES games
unless you're the Rogue profession
Every character I've ever made in a TES game has had some level of Sneak. Its teh funnest.
It gets broken at some point in each game, though. So, for Skyrim, I've deliberately not gotten its higher perks. (even tho the skill is at 100) Being able to duck in a fight and confuse the enemy is just unnecessary.
I made a new character recently and right now she's very weak since my plan is to use level 100 enchanting to make up for not taking a lot of the damaging perks, and Sneak was just unreal. I got in this corner behind a table and these bandits just kept walking into my arrows but not finding me, it was hilarious.
I also got 100 pickpocketing and taking armor off of people without them noticing is just the best.
though I do hope in the next Elder Scrolls, they make pickpocketing a mini-game instead of just simply a dice roll, because failing a 90% chance of success four out of five times is silly as hell
What would improve Sneak in TES games is if the enemy AI would actually use it. I'm not talking about companions sneaking. I'm talking about enemies doing more than running straight at you every time.
Oh Globits!!
How long before they fully rape and discard the Linux community?

Grim Dawn is an open-world ARPG being released next year by the makers of Titan Quest.
They claim it will be a throwback to the more complex games that traditional gamers love bereft of handholding and linearity. Features 5 classes with dual-classing, map randomization, destructible environments, DRM-free (although they plan on using Steam for multiplayer), tons of sweet loot, planned expansions (not nickel and dime DLC), and that indie feel.
Some parts of the game have been developed based on discussions with fans. I have a good feeling that this will be a game that ARPGers will cherish for years.
