The private forum is the one I mentioned to you last week - once you're around two weeks and had a chance to play with people, participate some, and get to know everyone, there will be a vote in the private forums on your permanant TRUE membership, then you get your TRUE tag and can join us over there! :-)

There is a 2 week temporary membership period, after which we have a vote on the person in question, once you are voted in (which will always be the case if you're kind and social) you will get the TRUE tag and private forum access.
So you have to behave for 2 weeks before you can get access
