It does.
Today I dc'ed in the middle of our match in UW and when I came back later, I had gotten another 5 fame, meaning the rest of the team had won the UW match and another 2 with one man down.

You mean 2 warriors with 2 aoe eles and a rit?
It's balanced to take on anything regular HA builds offer, but if anything out of the ordinary happens, they completely fail.
In essence the "tombs balance" is just warrior spike with aoe due to HA being a huge cluster**** arena.

When you say balanced, I think you actually mean all-around. Palm strike and hexes in one build is not balanced.
That was never and will never be the case.
