Oh and RD, I think the warrior banners show up once you pick a weapon... there's stuff like earthshaker and flurry. I am not sure if that's what you mean or not, but it's on top of the bar like the attuns and virtues...

But that's what it is. I could have went with "popular music" but that sounds more hipster, like I'm suggesting that just because it's popular it's bad (although there is certainly a link there with bands that change to a more boring radio-friendly sound to be more successful).

I stopped after seeing the ranger skills... The one of the reasons I don't really follow GW2, is because I will only want it more badly every time there's another new thing introduced...

It won't be much longer now.

I'm disappointed that rangers and engineers are so "meh", however. Perhaps they'll be better in action, but right now I'm unable to get the least bit excited about them.

My other concern is that the skills have ungodly long cooldowns. I'm hoping this trait system will reduce some of that. It really feels like a lot of the time you'll just be waiting for things to recharge while you spam 1.

I dunno, maybe the banners will go there; I can't get any to show up. I remember reading something about Warriors having literal banners they could drop to basically buff allies.

Yeah, they have those. One of them is an elite.

Click on one of the skill slots on the right, Banner of Wisdom, Banner of Courage, and Battle Standard.

I feel that way about rangers, but engineers are cool. Kits = up to 4 extra weapon swaps (or 3?). Turrets, grenade barrage... fun stuff.
