Use 600 Smite. Its fast and effective to farm scrubs in AB lol...

I do believe it was a joke, made to illustrate how bad one can be in AB and get away with it. (In fact, I was there when it was decided that it would lulz to 600/smite in AB to see what would happen/how many people would rage.)
...it really works much better when one doesn't have to explain it's a joke. ;P
